Baking with UENDURE Teas: Tips & Tricks
-
Steep strong: Use double the tea for baking to ensure the flavor comes through after mixing with other ingredients.
-
Infuse your fats: Steep tea directly into warm butter or cream for the most intense, for even flavor distribution.
-
Grind for texture: For cookies and shortbreads, grind loose-leaf tea finely before folding into the dough.
-
Pair intentionally: Bold black teas work best in rich, chocolatey bakes; floral teas shine in light, buttery pastries.
