UENDURE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

YOUR MONTHLY TEA DELIVERY SERVICE

You will have 30 days from your original order date to decide if the UEndure Monthly Tea Delivery Service is right for you. If you do enjoy the convenience the UEndure Monthly Tea Delivery Service and do not follow the cancel policy on your UEndure Monthly Tea Delivery Service 30 days from your original purchase date, you will receive another monthly supply of tea which includes shipping and handling where applicable by State. We ship the product the day after you place your order.

HOW TO CANCEL MONTHLY TEA DELIVERY SERVICE

You can cancel your UEndure Monthly Tea Delivery Service by sending us an email to support@uendure within 30 days of your order and request cancellation.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS [FOR ALL PRODUCTS]

If you happen to receive damaged or defective product, you may contact us for a replacement query by sending an email to support@uendure.com within 10 days of receipt. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.

NO RETURNS

You may not return any UEndure tea products. However, we encourage you to reach out to us by sending an email to support@uendure.com with your concerns so that we can work to resolve.

NO REFUNDS

There are no refunds. However if you have concerns or questions, contact us at support@uendure.com and we will gladly work with you to address your concerns.
