Q: How do I fix a leaking bottle??

A: Leaking issues are usually caused by the silicone washers inside of the lids. Always be sure that the flat part of the washer is facing the glass bottle (It's opposite of what you think, see attached image). To remove the washer, use a teaspoon and slowly stir the washer out from the lid. Reinsert correctly and make sure it is snug.

Q: How do you use the bottle?

A: Simply unscrew the strainer from the lid. Place desired amount of loose leaf tea into the strainer and screw back on to the top or bottom lid. Fill the bottle with hot water and enjoy!

Q: Is the bottle dishwasher safe?

A: The glass itself can be placed in the dishwasher, but we recommend hand washing the lids and strainer to extend the longevity of each piece.

Q: What are the bottle dimensions

A: The bottle is about 9" tall and 2.5" wide

A: We don't sell replacement parts, but if you contact us directly with your order number, we'll be more than happy to send you whatever you need, free of charge.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: International shipments are available for large orders (i.e. corporate gifts, etc).
