PRODUCT ISSUES
We want every customer to be happy with their purchases from UENDURE, so please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS [FOR ALL PRODUCTS]
If you happen to receive damaged or defective product, you may contact us for a replacement by sending an email to support@uendure.com within 21 days of receipt. Be sure to include your order number and attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
NO RETURNS ON TEA PRODUCTS
For health and safety concerns you may not return any UENDURE tea products. However, we encourage you to reach out to us by sending an email to support@uendure.com with your concerns so that we can work to resolve.
You may return unused accessories for a store credit or refund, minus a $10 USD processing fee, within 30 days of receiving your order.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. If your purchase qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase, all shipping of returned merchandise will be your responsibility.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns for glass products broken due to regular use. If you have any issues with your product, please contact us right away at support@uendure.com so that we can work to make it right.
