Question 7: What is green tea good for?
Answer: Green tea contains a natural substance that can reduce our stress and anxiety levels and increase our ability to concentrate.

Question 8: Is green tea acidic?
Answer: Each type of tea has different acidity level. The average pH level in different types of tea. Black tea: pH4.99-5.55
Oolong tea: pH5.9-8.2. Herbal tea: pH6-7 White tea: pH6.9-9.7 Green tea: pH7-10. To enjoy your tea without worrying of having acid reaction, add more water or milk to minimize the acidity levels of your tea.
Another way to lessen acidity of your tea is simply reducing the steeping time.
Question 9: What is Chai tea good for?
Answer: Chai tea or popularly known as masala tea, a mix of black tea and spices like ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom have antibacterial properties.

Question 22: Will drinking tea break my fast?
Answer: Absolutely not since tea has zero-calories! We know that during your fasting period you may experience health deterioration because of low to no calorie intake in the body.
Luckily, tea has boosting agents that help deal with your hunger. You can trick your stomach with liquids and drinking tea can keep make you feel like you've eaten.
Make sure when you are fasting you drink tea without additives so your body won't crave for anything sweet or creamy.

Question 23: Is tea good for acid reflux?
