Tea Grade & Quality
This blend features two of the finest grades in the world of black tea:
- Organic China Black F.O.P. (Flowery Orange Pekoe) — A high-quality whole leaf tea with long leaves and a beautiful balance of golden tips. Harvested from the first two leaves and bud of the shoot during slow growth periods, FOP is prized for its delicate floral character and refined flavor.
- Organic Assam T.G.F.O.P. (Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe) — The top grade of Orange Pekoe tea. When golden tips are in abundance, the terms "Tippy" and "Golden" are added to FOP — resulting in TGFOP, a bold, malty, and richly aromatic tea that forms the backbone of this blend.
